Can’t say enough good things about this company. We spoke with several pool companies, both fiberglass and gunite, in August of 2023 but didn’t pull the trigger until spring 2024. We decided fiberglass was best for our family and backyard. They provided everything needed to choose the right shell for our yard, as well as the design around it. Start to finish was about 8 weeks. Probably lost about 2 weeks time waiting on the city of Austin to come out for inspections so not their fault. Sales rep was Seon (one of the owners) and everything he promised was delivered, plus some.Project manager was Bobby (another owner) and he and his team went above and beyond with everything, especially communication (huge deal to me). I’m in the construction industry so it’s hard for me to sit back and just watch without asking questions. I can’t emphasize enough how good they were at telling me what was going on. Made our backyard dream a reality, looks amazing. All the workers were great and did their best to keep pool installation disruptions to minimum.. Seon was a pleasure to deal with from day one, Bobby was always upfront and making sure we were updated through out the entire install. The whole process was 5+ stars from start to finish.If your wanting a fiberglass pool, I would recommend them in a heartbeat, but if equipment problems happen, definitely not as prompt on that service to help resolve. Also my suggestion, skip the "free" pool school they don't show you much and the chemicals your expected to buy end up costing more than qouted. Aside from that very happy with end result

I highly recommend Blue Bottom Pools! They were prompt, professional and did a great job. Jaden and Kyle were very respectful and explained everything prior to starting and upon completion. They have our business as long as we have a pool 💙

Blue Bottom pools have been a fantastic partner to with with since the start of the project. We started last year planning it and then due to the very hot weather things got delayed and i was on schedule to get the pool started in Jan. 2024. Bobby's crew were here at the house daily working on the project. Only days missed were rainy days. Everyday before they got done for the day I would get an update on what was done and what is next. I was simply AMAZED at how well the crew were able to navigate their heavy equipment on the side of the house given they had 7.4 ft to work with on the width between me and my house and the fence.Both owners Bobby and Seon were very accommodating, they accepted every change I made on the last part of the landscaping they did for me. From top soil to sod to gravel and paver stones. Everyone was simple amazing. And just icing on the cake was they pressure washed my driveway due to tire marks from some of the heavy equipment and even on trash days they brought in my trash cans off the street.Truly above and beyond, excellence all the way through, and on schedule. Contractors scare me but I was lucky to work with Blue Bottom pools in the past as they fixed my old pool in my last house and they are really the best. No tricks, No extra fees, no take money and never show up like you hear all over from other people's horror stories.Next year I am having them add a water heater to the pool so we can use it year round.Truly great folks to work with, integrity and honesty all the way through.
