Blue Bottom pools have been a fantastic partner to with with since the start of the project. We started last year planning it and then due to the very hot weather things got delayed and i was on schedule to get the pool started in Jan. 2024. Bobby's crew were here at the house daily working on the project. Only days missed were rainy days. Everyday before they got done for the day I would get an update on what was done and what is next. I was simply AMAZED at how well the crew were able to navigate their heavy equipment on the side of the house given they had 7.4 ft to work with on the width between me and my house and the fence.Both owners Bobby and Seon were very accommodating, they accepted every change I made on the last part of the landscaping they did for me. From top soil to sod to gravel and paver stones. Everyone was simple amazing. And just icing on the cake was they pressure washed my driveway due to tire marks from some of the heavy equipment and even on trash days they brought in my trash cans off the street.Truly above and beyond, excellence all the way through, and on schedule. Contractors scare me but I was lucky to work with Blue Bottom pools in the past as they fixed my old pool in my last house and they are really the best. No tricks, No extra fees, no take money and never show up like you hear all over from other people's horror stories.Next year I am having them add a water heater to the pool so we can use it year round.Truly great folks to work with, integrity and honesty all the way through.

Blue Bottom’s service was exceptional. Bobby, Seon, and Troy provide an amazing amount of knowledge and expertise throughout the whole pool install process. Constant commutation and personalized service throughout the whole process. You can call or text Bobby at anytime and he responds promptly. The whole pool installation only took 4 weeks from start to finish, which far exceeded our expectations. Bobby oversaw our project and was very responsive, truthful and showed great character. We had high expectations and demands that could have seemed bothersome, but we were always made to feel as though things were not demanding and our expectations would be met. I called them for a liner change on a 2 year old pool. They drained it 20-25ft uphill. 5000 gallons of water ran straight into my pool, collapsing the wall. I spoke with Bobby, one of the owners. He said that these things happen when you partially bury pools, even though when I asked if it being partially buried would be a problem he said no, “pools are what we do”. None of the other sides collapsed from the weight of being buried, just the side with the river flowing into it. They put it back up and it’s a crumpled wall that’s far from flush with the uprights. I do not feel like the pool is safe for my kids since the wall is bulging at the bottom and caving in at the middle. They all seem like pleasant people, I just wish they would own up to mistakes made.
